Seattle Millennium Celebration

On the eve of the 2000 millennium celebration, a Seattle border guard captured a man driving across from Canada with enough explosives to carry out a serious terror attack. The guard acted not on any bulletin or official training but instead upon information she learned from news reports about the Oklahoma City and first World Trade Center bombings. She recalled that large vehicles were needed to transport the sufficient quantities of homemade explosives and decided to inspect the extremely large vehicle the terrorist was driving.
